These Terms govern all sales on www.poemotu.com. Any order implies full acceptance.

The customer is responsible for access and related costs.

Products
Jewelry is made with authentic Tahitian pearls and delivered with a certificate. Metals comply with regulations. Slight variations may occur.

Orders
Orders are confirmed upon payment. Poemotu may refuse any suspicious order.

Prices & payment
Prices are in euros (incl. VAT). Currency conversion may be shown for convenience. Payment is made in euros only. Payments are secured (Stripe, 3D Secure).

Promotions
Free gifts must be returned; otherwise, their value will be deducted.

Delivery
Orders are shipped insured. Standard delay: 2 business days (excluding custom pieces). DHL delivery.

Warranty
2-year warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use.

Withdrawal
30-day return period. Items must be returned unused with packaging. Return costs borne by the customer.

Possible within 30 days, subject to availability.
