To ensure reliable and timely delivery, we partner with DHL, a globally recognized leader in logistics known for its speed, reliability, and quality of service.

Complimentary Shipping

We offer free standard shipping via DHL for orders of €45 or more within France and the European Union.

For orders below this amount, Poemotu reserves the right to select an alternative shipping method, such as Colissimo or Lettre Suivie, depending on the weight and value of the jewellery.

Express Delivery with DHL

Need your treasure sooner? Opt for our DHL Express service (additional charges apply):

  1. Orders placed before 14:00 (Paris time): Dispatched the same day, provided the item is in stock.
  2. Orders placed after 14:00 (Paris time): Dispatched the next business day.
  3. Delivery times:
  • France and major European cities: Next business day.
  • United Kingdom: 1–2 business days.
  • North America (e.g., USA, Canada): 2–3 business days.
  • Asia-Pacific (e.g., Japan, Australia): 2–4 business days.
  • Other destinations: 3–6 business days.

Note: DHL does not deliver on Saturdays in France. Orders placed on Friday with DHL Express will be delivered the following Monday, provided the item is available in stock.

Shipping costs for DHL Express are calculated at checkout based on the destination country and may vary according to DHL's current rates.

Dispatch Times and Conditions

  • Standard dispatch: Within 48 business hours after payment confirmation, unless otherwise specified on the product page.
  • If your order includes multiple items with varying availability, we will ship them together once all items are ready. Should you prefer separate shipments, please inform us; we will accommodate your request at no additional shipping cost, unless stated otherwise.

We take great care in preparing your order:

  • Each piece of jewellery is presented in a branded box, accompanied by a reusable pouch infused with the gentle scents of Polynesia.
  • The package is securely cushioned within an exclusive shipping box.
  • Our parcels are oversized and well-protected to ensure your jewellery arrives in pristine condition.

Insurance and Liability

  • All shipments are insured up to the delivery address provided at the time of order.
  • Any address changes made without our prior consent after dispatch will void the insurance coverage. In such cases, we cannot offer refunds or replacements.
  • We verify the accuracy of delivery addresses using DHL's validation system before dispatch.

Combined Orders and Sustainability

If you've placed multiple orders in succession, we will, unless instructed otherwise, combine them into a single shipment to reduce packaging waste and support environmental sustainability.

  • If multiple shipping fees were charged, a credit note for the excess amount will be automatically applied to your customer account for use on your next purchase.

Peak Periods

During high-demand periods such as Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas, or other special events, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your understanding and patience during these times.
