Service details:

1. 18k gold post supplied: yellow or white gold, according to the original metal of your piece
2. Resoldering of the post onto the jewelry’s mounting area (ring, bracelet, pendant, etc.)
3. Re-drilling of the pearl if necessary to remove the broken post
4. Cleaning of both the setting and the pearl before final assembly
5. Professional pearl gluing using high-quality jeweler’s adhesive
6. Re-rhodium plating included for white gold pieces (please select the “white gold” option when ordering to ensure a bright, uniform finish)

Each repair is performed in our Nantes workshop in France, with the utmost care to ensure the pearl’s safety and the long-term durability of your jewelry.
